Laura looked after our apartment in Costa Teguise from purchase in early 2004 until we sold in July 2017. She looked after our rental guests and then later long term tenants with care & attention when required often going beyond the call of duty. She arranged for repairs and replacements very quickly along with representing us at our bank, with the community, the council and the water & electricity companies. Her advice was needed and appreciated many times. For a thoroughly professional service at very fair rates we highly recommend Laura and her team.

Laura has looked after our apartment in Costa Teguise for over 5 years. We have not been to our apartment since late 2005 but all our guests comment on how well cared for and clean the apartment is when they arrive. We have a villa in Playa Blanca which we started the process of purchasing in 2007. The villa was a new build and after contacting Laura, Trevor was an excellent help right from the start monitoring the building progress. Once we had completed, Laura arranged all the purchasing and installation of light fittings, shower screens etc., and gave advice generally on furnishing the villa. Carol accompanied us on shopping trips as our translator and again gave advice.
Since the villa has been up and running as a rental business we have been lucky enough to experience 5 years of highly professional and totally reliable service from them. They offer advice on every aspect of property maintenance and work carried out is always to a very high standard. The cleaning and set up of the villa and guest support on the rental side of the business is exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Laura as a property management company."
